Every year in September, there is a large community-wide Whole30 that takes place. This year, Melissa and I will be leading a FREE Whole30 group with a private invitation-only Facebook Group. We'll lead you through all the steps to prepare, stay on course during the 30 days, as well as post-Whole30 food reintroductions.
September is the perfect time to do a Whole30. You're probably feeling less than healthy after all of your summer activities, cookouts, and travels. The benefit of doing a September Whole30 is that you'll be feeling much healthier and have your eating habits under control before entering into the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
Melissa and I have gone through 4 full rounds of Whole30, so we understand the challenges involved and can coach you through all of those.
