Hello - Friends, Fans, and Followers!
I know it’s been a while, but here we are! After a lengthy hiatus from posting, we’re back and ready to start providing you with the tools, tips, and resources you need to help make 2017 the BEST, HEALTHIEST, and most PRODUCTIVE year you’ve ever had! Melissa and I recently arrived back home from Florida where we spent a few days relaxing and unwinding. We’re feeling energized and ready to get back on track!
Although we’re embarrassed to admit it, we struggle with the same weaknesses and poor habits that many of you do. Over the holidays, we strayed and lost our motivation, re-gained weight, and stopped our workouts and yoga practice. But we’ve determined to make 2017 “OUR YEAR.” No more excuses. No more procrastinating. Now is the time!
