Happy Summertime!

One of the best things about summer is not having to wear a coat or heavy clothes. Being from the frozen north, coats (or at least some sweaters) are required almost 9 months out of the year! So it's nice to get some sun on our bare forearms. Ha!

Another great thing about summer for me is yoga. Since I'm not wearing as many layers all the time, my body seems to want to be moving more, and my favorite way of doing that is yoga!

The ever-conscientious social media poster, I wondered what some of those on my newsfeed might think of that. Yoga traditionally (I really don’t know the full history) comes from an Eastern religious background. As a Christian, I don’t believe Eastern religious teachings. So why yoga?
