Happy Summertime!

One of the best things about summer is not having to wear a coat or heavy clothes. Being from the frozen north, coats (or at least some sweaters) are required almost 9 months out of the year! So it's nice to get some sun on our bare forearms. Ha!

Another great thing about summer for me is yoga. Since I'm not wearing as many layers all the time, my body seems to want to be moving more, and my favorite way of doing that is yoga!

Earlier this week, I noticed an odd pain in my wrist. I’ve had it before so I didn’t pay much attention to it. Well, 24 hours later and my right hand/wrist was out of commission! I could hardly use it for anything. Everything I did caused pain and made it worse. After a couple days of rest, ice, and some ibuprofen it’s almost back to normal.
